WIRA AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is a member of the Chamber of Public Accountants (WPK) (Rauchstrasse 26, D-10787 Berlin, Tel. (030) 7261610, email: admin@wpk.de) as the competent professional association within the meaning of the WPO. The statutory professional titles “Certified Public Accountant” (Section 1 WPO) and “Tax Advisor” (Section 32 StBerG) held by the professionals working at the firm were conferred in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The certified public accountants working at the firm are members of the Chamber of Certified Public Accountants.

The General Terms and Conditions for Auditors and Auditing Firms dated January 1, 2002, are applied. The General Terms and Conditions of Engagement can be requested from WIRA AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and will be made available immediately.
